Sterling Airlines

Sterling is a Danish low cost company founded in September 2005, with headquarters in Copenhagen. It was the first Scandinavian low cost airline to operate direct flights between southern Europe and Scandinavia. In 2005 and 2006 Sterling was given the award for the best low cost company at the Danish Travel Awards.
On October 29th 2008, Sterling Airlines failed because of bankrupt. Customers who have directly purchased their tickets on Sterling's website will not be refunded (neither will their return flights).
