Danish Air is a Danish low-cost airline, with headquarters in Vamdrup, in Denmark and hubs in Sbjerg, Florø and Copenhagen. Danish Air was founded in 1989 by Jasper and Kirsten Rungholm, exclusively operating cargo flights for postal deliveries and logistic support for world famous competitions (amongst which is the Paris-Dakar rally).
In this airline information guide you can see: IATA code and ICAO code of Danish Air, information relating to baggage and flight ticket changes and cancellation costs.
The Danish airline later opens up its flights to passengers, continously attracting more and more passengers interested in the routes covered by the company. The company's passenger traffic on the Scandinavian routes to the most frequent destinations has been growing strongly since 1996. In 2006 the company inaugurated the route between Copenhagen and the Faroe Islands.
Danish Air has chosen the colours blue, yellow, red and green for its aircraft as a symbol of the wide variety of services and connection possibilities it offers between its destinations. The air company publishes an in-flight magazine called "værDATflyve" every four months, available on all regular and charter flights offered by the company.
