If a different airline to Thomas Cook is operating your booked flight, online check-in in advance will not be possible

If departing from a UK Airport - online check-in opens 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure and closes 25 hours before departure.

For the return flight - online check-in is only available for a small number of destination airports. You can check this within the "Manage My Booking" section on the Thomas Cook wesite.

Unfortunately online check-in for long haul destinations is currently unavailable, which includes Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic and the US airports.

To check-in online go to: https://www.thomascookairlines.com/RetrieveBooking.aspx. You will need your booking reference and departure date.

Passengers are able to re-print boarding passes as long as it is outside 25 hours of the scheduled flight departure. We strongly recommend however that you print your boarding cards at the time of online check-in. The bag-drop desks at the airport can nonetheless print your boarding passes should you experience any problems.

Passengers who have not selected their seats in advance will be allocated seats automatically. Although the airline does its best to allocate seats together, it is not guaranteed. Should the seats allocated be unacceptable and you wish to change them, you will be charged an additional fee.
